Pennsylvania’s Innovation Partnership (IPart) IPart helps Pennsylvania early-stage technology companies gain access to more than $3.6 billion in federal R&D funding (specifically SBIR & STTR). Learn how to qualify for a MicroVoucher (up to $5,000 for Phase I) or Federal Marketing Assistance Award (up to $8,000 for Phase II) in reimbursements for costs incurred preparing your proposal.
